Yes, I know it's completely impossible for the entire DC Universe to have the same power outage due to the same storm at the exact same time, but I was dead bored when I started writing these.  You expect logic?

This is pretty much the fic that ate my brain.  It ended up WAY longer than I planned and wouldn't let me do anything else until it was done.  So hopefully you enjoy it, and I'll post the next part soonish.
